We will answer any questions you have. When you have decided to utilize our services, we will schedule an in-home interview to initiate the placement process. Our initial Registration Fee of $150 is non-refundable, is collected and pays for your in-home registration and the drafting of your job description. To truly understand your unique situation, we will gather important information including personal values, interests, philosophies, preferences, childcare needs, household management needs and employer/employee related information in the comfort of your own home. The interview will last 1 - 2 hours depending on your family dynamics and job description. We will not give out your private information without your explicit authorization. The information we do share is a why you are in search of a nanny, family values and parenting philosophies, general location and home environment. After we have completed the in-home interview, we will share your basic information with our pool of candidates. The placement process can take 3 to 8 weeks. The more time we have to "find the right match", the more successful our process will be. We offer candidates whose values and child rearing philosophies are similar to your own. Nannies must have suitable and proven characteristics to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Our screening process is very thorough and complete. We take the time to meet with candidates one-on-one, getting to know each candidate on a professional and individual basis. Compensation depends on age, experience, education level and geographical location. When you hire a nanny through Keepsake Nannies, Inc., we will provide you with a customized employer/employee work agreement. A non-refundable Referral Fee will be due at this time. The Referral Fee is directly related to the specific service you would like for us to conduct. We are happy to discuss with you the exact fee associated with your service.
Applicants must pass the following thorough background screenings:
- Reference Checks
- Criminal and Driving Record Review
- Infant and Child CPR
- First Aid Certification

We provide continued support and a 6-month replacement guarantee.
